All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because we operate as a dropshipping business, products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
5. Supplements Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements and are shipped in compliance with applicable U.S. regulations.
Delivery delays caused by carrier inspections or compliance checks are outside our control.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
